CAMHS is a service for children, young people and families with significant, severe, complex or persistent emotional, mental health, psychological and/or relationship difficulties.
Family Lives helps parents to deal with the changes that are a constant part of family life. Their helpline service is open 9am – 9pm, Monday to Friday and 10am – 3pm Saturday and Sunday.

Spiral’s aim is to prevent the effects bullying has on young people and families by providing emotional education, to give them the tools they can use to manage difficult situations and overwhelming emotions.
The support offered is for increased anger and anxiety, and low mood.
